With the Christmas lights, carol singing echoing from Trafalgar Square and taxi drivers streaming past with their Santa hats on, London truly is a magical place at winter. From the 3rd December until the 24th December visitors can gather around the Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square and join in with the carol singing. Starting on the evening 16th December until 10pm on 18th December the Frost Fair at Bankside takes place. Earls Court is transformed into a Christmas wonderland, a huge festive family event. There are visitors can find over 20 separate main attractions, including a 600ft train ride and thrilling ten-lane snow slide. For one week Londoners and visitors can enjoy a wide range of fairground attractions with Victorian period pieces - the Horse Carousel and Giant Helter Skelter, and the latest Wild Mouse Giant Roller Coaster.
