A club in the heart of London is taking a new idea to cater for its stressed-out City workers, by letting them forty winks in designated nap areas. The Zzed Sheds, inside private members' club Shed, permit workers in the Square Mile to take a short break from the hustle and bustle City life and catch up on some much needed sleep in a soundproofed room with a bed. "People in the City work long hours. Twelve-hour days are common and when the pressure is on, some people work long into the night," told Richard Walker, former City high-fliers and ex-City worker. "If you are working like this you need a place to go to reload your batteries." He also added that if the scheme proved successful it would be rolled out on to high streets across London for anyone to use.
