HOTEL IS REFURBISHING 30 BEDROOMS AND THE LOBBY
AREA STARTING FEB. 2007 AND WILL TAKE THREE
MONTHS TO COMPLETE. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO

FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2007 WE WILL BE STARTING TO WORK
IN THE BAR & LOBBY AREA OF THE HOTEL TO GIVE IT A
NEW MODERN LOOK. THIS PLANED REFURBISHMENT IN THE
HOTEL LOBBY IS FOR 12 WEEKS AND SCHEDULED TO
FINISH JUST BEFORE END OF THE YEAR 2007. DURING
THE REFURBISHMENT WE WILL BE WORKING THROUGHOUT
DURING THE DAY (NORMAL WORKING HOURS SEVEN DAYS A
WEEK) AND DO OUR BEST TO MINIMISE ANY DISRUPTION
TO THE GUESTS CHECKING IN AND CHECKING OUT. THE
BAR FROM THE LOBBY WILL BE RELOCATED IN THE TEA
PLANTER RESTAURANT WHERE THE BREAKFAST IS BEING
SERVED AT PRESENT IN THE LOWER GROUND FLOOR. THE
AREAS WHERE THE WORK IS ASSIGNED WILL BE CORDONED
OFF CLEARLY MARKED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GUESTS
OF THE HOTEL.
